We look forward to welcoming you to Skinphoria Spa and Beauty. Please find below some information that will assist with your experience.
Skinphoria is located at 237 Clarendon St South Melbourne, next door to Subway and closest to the intersection of Coventry St and Clarendon St.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION
Any changes or cancellations to the reservation must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to your reservation on 9645 9888 or email email@example.com. You may also reply to our reminder SMS (please note that once you have replied YES to this SMS, any further changes must be made via a phone call to our reception). Please note that the full appointment fee may apply if you change, reschedule or cancellation your booking with less than 24 hours notice.
To maximise your experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are lost, or running late, please phone us on 9645 9888 . Arriving late might mean your treatment is reduced, or that we cannot honour your appointment in the time left. Please note that appointments must finish on time so as not to inconvenience our next guests, and full fees apply to shortened treatments.
If you are pregnant, please inform our team in advance. Due to the sensitive state your body is in during the first trimester (12 weeks), we are regretfully unable to recommend most spa treatments, during this special time. Please allow us to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable.
The spa will provide luxurious towels, robes, disposable undergarments, during your visit. For polish pedicures, please ensure you bring open-toes shoes to wear home, as polish takes several hours to fully cure.

We would be delighted to assist in making your visit as tailored and special as possible - please do not hesitate to contact us prior to discuss your individual needs. Whilst in our venue, we ask that you kindly respect our staff, facilities, spa policies and the enjoyment of other guests.
At Skinphoria, our aim is to provide a relaxing and nurturing environment for our guests and a safe working environment for our therapists. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted unless previous arrangements have been made. If children are present they must be supervised by parents at all times and noise must be kept to a minimum to avoid disruption to clients
Tram: A tram runs directly on Clarendon St and the tram stop is literally at our door step. Trams are available from Bourke St, Collins St, Federation Square, St Kilda and Port Melbourne.
If parking is required, Clarendon St offers 1-2 hours parking. Coventry St offers 1-2 hours metered parking. In addition, we suggest parking in the roof top South Melbourne Market carpark or the York St Carpark. 2 hours free on market days, Wed, Fri, Sat and Sun
Payment accepted by either Cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card 2% surcharge on Amex.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed for the treatment/s nominated or for the original value of the card. Cards must be presented on arrival. Please note that gift cards are valid for full priced treatments only. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase products or in conjunction with special promotions/discounts, and cannot be used towards services with Nurse Sandy.
COMPLAINTS AND COMPLIMENTS
We value your input and feel extremely grateful when you’ve taken the time to share your views. If you have had a great experience let us know and we will pass this onto our staff. If you haven’t had a great experience please let us know too so that we can take steps to resolve things to your satisfaction, and ensure we are improving and continuing to do things better. Your comments on the Skinphoria experience will be discussed with our management team and used for training and process improvement.
