We look forward to welcoming you to Skinphoria Skin & Body Wellness Hub. Please find below some information that will assist with your experience.

LOCATION

Skinphoria is located at 230 Bank Street, South Melbourne. Vic. 3205 closed to the Town Hall.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Tram: A tram runs directly on Clarendon St and the closest tram stop is at the corner of Clarendon & Bank Street, South Melbourne, walk right past 7Eleven and local Town Hall.  Trams are available from Bourke St, Collins St, Federation Square, St Kilda and Port Melbourne.

PARKING

If parking is required- there is plenty.  Fishley St offers half hour – 2 hours FREE parking, Bank St offers 1 hour & all day metered parking directly outside our clinic, 1 hour FREE parking on Cecil St, and 1 hour – 4 hours FREE parking across Cecil St continuing further on Bank St

ARRIVAL TIME

To maximise your experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are lost, or running late, please phone us on 9645 9888 . Arriving late might mean your treatment is reduced, or that we cannot honour your appointment in the time left. Please note that appointments must finish on time so as not to inconvenience our next guests, and full fees apply to shortened treatments.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Any changes or cancellations to your appointment must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to your booking on 9645 9888 or email – info@skinphoria.com.au. You may also reply to our reminder SMS (please note that once you have replied YES to this SMS, any further changes must be made via a phone call to our reception). Please note that the full appointment fee may apply if you change, reschedule, no-show or cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice.

PREGNANCY

If you are pregnant, please inform our team in advance. Due to the sensitive state your body is in during the first trimester (12 weeks), we are regretfully unable to recommend some treatments, during this special time.  Please allow us to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable.

TREATMENT SELECTION

Skinphoria offers Skin and medical aesthetic treatments, as well as offering beauty and wellness therapies. Please explore our website at www.skinphoria.com.au for more details on our services. Our team will be delighted to assist you in making selections and or any enquiries you may have.

LITTLE ONES

At Skinphoria, our aim is to provide a relaxing and nurturing environment for our guests and a safe working environment for our therapists. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted unless previous arrangements have been made.  If children are present they must be supervised by parents at all times and noise must be kept to a minimum to avoid disruption to our other clients.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment accepted by either Cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card 2% surcharge on Amex.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed for the treatment/s nominated or for the original value of the card. Cards must be presented on arrival. Please note that gift cards are valid for full priced treatments only. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase products or in conjunction with special promotions/discounts, and cannot be used towards services with Nurse Sandy.

COMPLAINTS AND COMPLIMENTS

We value your input and feel extremely grateful when you’ve taken the time to share your views. If you have had a great experience let us know and we will pass this onto our staff. If you haven’t had a great experience please let us know too so that we can take steps to resolve things to your satisfaction, and ensure we are improving and continuing to do things better. Your comments on the Skinphoria experience will be discussed with our management team and used for training and process improvement.
